catcher, not the ball, on fouls balls in the vicinity of home plate

A Position - Throw Coming From Second Base - Casual Safe Call |

Demonstration of mechanic
for throw coming from second base to first - casual safe call
- On throws coming
from the right side, Umpire in A position only needs to move in
about two steps from foul line
- Note pause before
the call
- Casual signal is
only thing required here because everyone in the stadium knows he
was safe
- (A stadium call is
when the umpire is loud and emphatic when they don't need to be -
don't make stadium calls)
